Felicia van den End
Felicia van den End studied with Abbie de Quant in de Young Talent Class at the Utrecht Conservatory since she was 12 years old. Since then she has won numerous prices:
in 2003 the first price at the national competition, “Foundation Young Music Talent, Netherlands” and also became the “Young Music Talent of the Year”. At the Princess Christina Competition in 2003 Felicia won a first price which landed her a performance at Carnegie Hall in New York. In the same year she won the first price during the international flute competition “Jeunesse Musicales” in Bucharest. She also won in that year the Essent Music Award for young talent. Felicia gives concerts regularly, locally and abroad. In 2002 she made a concert tour through Japan. She performed as a soloist with various orchestras including recently with the Netherlands Chamber Orchestra in the Grand Auditorium at the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam.
